What is the difference between e-skills Passport and e-skills Passport Office?
The e-skills Passport system is in two parts:
e-skills Passport
Where learners go to register, complete self-assessments, add qualifications, view targets and plan learning.
e-skills Passport Office
Where administrators go to manage e-skills Passports across their organisation, configure the framework, manage users, set targets, define training, view instant reports and complete many more functions.

Why am I not receiving emails from passportinfo@e-skills.com?
You may find that emails automatically generated by the e-skills Passport system are not received by you or your users. To give email notifications the best chance of being received, please follow these steps:
- When creating users double check that all email addresses are entered into the system correctly
- Check your junk email folder regularly and tell your email software to accept emails from us (passportinfo@e-skills.com)
- Make sure your users are expecting email from e-skills Passport so that they don’t delete it by mistake
- Add us (passportinfo@e-skills.com) to your company’s incoming email white list. This is a list, stored on your server, of email addresses allowed to be received by your organisation. Your network administrator should be able to easily edit this list.
What do I do if I forget my user name or password?
Use the forgotten password link which can be found in the sign in box on both the e-skills Passport (www.e-skillspassport.com) and e-skills Passport Office (www.e-skillspassport.com/passportoffice) home pages.
Simply enter the email address you used to register with the system, click Go and your welcome email, containing your current user name and password, will be re-sent.
How do I order e-skills Passports?
You can order e-skills Passports in three ways:

If you buying for the first time, send a completed order form to us at passportsales@e-skills.com. Order forms can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the e-skills Passport Office sign in page.

If you are already registered go to Configure Passport -> Passport Usage in e-skills Passport Office to request more e-skills Passports.

If you are a BSC centre offering ITQ you must purchase ITQs through CASy and then the number of e-skills Passports will be automatically updated.
